We are seeking a Customer Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and hands-on experience with Power Apps. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial background in customer analytics and insight, particularly within the retail sector. Proficiency in SQL is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and interpretation of customer data
- Proficient use of CRM & Loyalty systems
- Evaluation of marketing performance
- Fulfillment of broader insight requirements
- Experience working with cloud-based analytical platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, etc.
- Marketing campaign design and analysis
- Utilisation of customer data to derive actionable insights
