Health & Safety Coordinator

Our client, a leading international marketing agency, are recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join their busy and energetic Facilities Team based at Trophy Office building in Kings Cross.
The Health & Safety Coordinator will work as part of the Building Services team in adding value, ensuring that the offices are presented to an exemplary standard and that the health and safety of staff, clients and suppliers are at the forefront of their thinking.
This is an exciting opportunity for an join a fast paced team for a forward thinking organisation based in the Heart of London.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure the DSE software is always fully functional and undertake assessment reviews
  • Stock control for home and office working equipment, reporting on assessment and equipment metrics
  • Work alongside the Facilities Team to co-ordinate evacuation drills, including organising training of Fire Wardens & First Aiders
  • Work with H&S Consultants with support on compliance, risk assessments and system reminders.
  • Helping the building services team with answering the phoneline, office moves and assisting with access control.
  • Work as part of the Building Services team adding value and an excellent level of service to the clients and staff in the building in a range of tasks.

Role Package

  • Full time, permanent contract
  • Salary of around £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + £1000 travel allowance
  • Working hours: Mon - Friday 9.15am-5.30am (Fully office based)
