Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for a Data Entry Administrator for a Client in the Bridgend area.

Job Description

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Administration team. This is a temporary position which could lead to a permanent position for the right applicant.

The role will be varied and would therefore suit a versatile candidate with an interest in a broad set of duties. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous experience in providing high-quality administration support.
  • Experience of utilising a range of IT programs and maintaining database systems.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • Numerate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates organisational skills to manage time effective;y, meeting objectives and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Data management skills.
  • Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, personable and a team player.
  • Copes well under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Be comfortable working alone and also in a small team.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering calls, welcoming visitors, receiving post and deliveries.
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing.
  • Data Processing and Record keeping.
  • Researching and Booking flights.
  • Researching accommodation and travel.
  • Assist with the smooth day to day running of the department.
  • Ad hoc duties.

The hours of work are Full time, Monday to Friday.

The salary is £11.75 an hour.
