Office Manager - permanent role
P art time - 20 hours per week - over four days
40-45k (which will be pro-rata'd)

Highly successful, fast growing, international luxury brand are now looking for a part time office manager to join their team. The role will provide day-to-day administrative support for two Directors, and assist with the management of their office.
Duties will include;
- Reception duties - meeting and greet visitors/answer the telephone, ensuring the office is tidy
- Diary management - calendar management, scheduling meetings
- Travel - book and schedule travel for the team
- Events - assist in the organisation of internal events for the business
- Meetings - set up meeting rooms, order and provide refreshments
- Minutes - take minutes in meetings
- Suppliers - order stationery, manage supplier relationships
- Microsoft office packages - proficient across all of the packages
- Post/deliveries - daily and booking couriers
- Adhoc - administrative tasks as given
Desired skills/attributes
- Highly proficient across all of the Microsoft office packages - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Process driven, accurate and with outstanding attention to detail
- Personable and positive team player
- Able to work on their own initiative
- Internal events experience
