Executive to join their rapidly expanding team.

Job Description
- Regularly follow up on quotations issued to clients to assess the status
- Proactively chase outstanding quotations, ensuring a timely response to client enquiries
- Track and report the progress of all issued quotations, providing updates to the Head of Internal Sales
- Engage with clients to finalise and close sales opportunities by addressing any remaining questions or concerns
- Utilise persuasive techniques and product knowledge to convert issued quotations into confirmed orders
- Identify and mitigate any risks or objections that could prevent a sale from closing
- Communicate with clients who have not accepted quotations to understand their reasons for rejection
- Document and analyse feedback from clients to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement
- Work with the Head of Internal Sales to develop strategies to overcome common objections and re-engage clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and enquiries promptly and professionally
- Understand the client's business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including follow-ups, client interactions, and sales outcomes, using the company's CRM system
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including the status of quotations, reasons for rejections, and potential sales pipeline
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in the sales process
- Gather and report customer feedback to help the company improve its products and services
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, ensuring that client needs and concerns are prioritised
- Work with product development and marketing teams to suggest new product features or enhancements based on client input
The Successful Candidate
- 1 years experience within a Sales / Telesales role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients
- Dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of clients, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify client issues and objections and develop effective solutions to address them
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales goals
- Collaborative and supportive of team members, with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices
- Ability to analyse sales data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
