We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator in High Wycombe (HP11).

Job Description:

This is working as a Receptionist/Administrator for a large social housing hostel in High Wycombe. The right candidate will need to have a hands-on approach as it will not just involve sitting behind a desk.

The candidate will be the main point of contact either in person or by telephone for residents, visitors, and the general public.

You will be required to deal with problems and queries as they arise as well as keeping accurate records of bookings and payments.

The right candidate will also be competent in dealing with money, cashing up and banking procedures, while ideally having experience in a similar role such as a hotel receptionist background.

Contract: Temp to Perm, (12 weeks temporary before going permanent).

Salary: £23,985.00, PAYE £13.78 (including Hol) or Umbrella £15.84 (including Hol).

Shifts:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 11am - 7pm

Week 2: Sunday 8am - 4pm, Monday -to Thursday 11am - 7pm
