Sales & Retention consultant| Permanent | Borehamwood| £24,500 with up to £28,000 OTE

This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner.
The Basics:
- Monday - Friday 8.5-hour shifts with an hour's lunch, shifts to cover from 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday shift in 3 weekends, 9:00am - 1pm when time and a half will be paid.

The responsibilities:
- Sell policies for a variety of client companies in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maximise sales opportunities primarily through inbound channels including cross-selling and up-selling. Some outbound selling maybe required.
- Ability to confidently objection handle in order to retain customers through knowing your product while quickly building a natural rapport.
- Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals.
- Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible.
- Understand the client's needs & always try to exceed their expectations.
- Ability to follow a script accurately and compliantly.
- Share successful sales techniques and best practices with the team to support the team performance.
The skills needed:
- GCSE's passes A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Microsoft Word and Excel (Basic Level)
- Excellent Customer Service, communication, and telephone manner
- Sales through service experience whilst working in a regulated environment.
- Experience in working towards targets & service levels.
