About the company?
This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 20 years and are now up to a strong team of 50 individuals across 4 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to compliment a Graduate Electrical Engineer to their friendly and already successful team – ideally with Electrical Building Services experience or understanding, potentially even with experience in electrical installations. We would consider a passionate Electrical & Electronic Engineering student who ants to go into the sector.
Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM and public health, this consultancy have built a strong reputation in a small period and are looking to establish themselves even more in the next few years. They are a medium sized practice who working in a huge range of sectors such as education, hospitals, residential and retail to name a few.
You will be working on all aspects of mechanical design within buildings, HVAC specific, using all the newest technologies such as Revit, Amtech, IES, Dialux and Relux. If you have this understanding already, it would be a huge bonus.

What they require from the successful Graduate Electrical Engineer?
- Electrical or Building Services Design degree, Masters level preferably
- A good understanding and experience using AutoCAD, Amtech and Revit would be ideal but not essential
- The ability to mix well within a close knit, sociable team.
- A hard working, flexible and versatile individual who isn't afraid to ask questions and learn.
