Responsibilities: ??
- ?? Oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities, ensuring smooth operations of the warehouse.
- ? Maintain accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions, guaranteeing the quality of goods.
- ??? Organise and maintain inventory and storage areas for optimal efficiency.
- ?? Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
- ?? Collaborate with internal teams daily, ensuring effective communication.
- ?? Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and problem-solving.
- ?? Process sales orders, invoices, and goods received, utilising warehouse software and MS Office proficiency.
- ?? Assist with logistics problem-solving and contribute to improving work procedures.
- ?? Liaise between manufacturers and internal colleagues, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- ?? Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilising reports to assess warehouse status.
- ?? Coordinate activities with other departments for a seamless workflow.
Skills and Qualifications: �?
- ?? Knowledge of warehouse software packages (Sage 200) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- ?? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent prioritisation skills.
- ?? Knowledge of HMRC Customs Excise documentation is desirable.
