**Training Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book training courses as required across the business.
- Monitor and notify supervisors and managers of upcoming certificate/card expiries.
- Set up apprenticeships using the Apprenticeship Levy and liaise with relevant training providers.
- Manage the training inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and approve training-related invoices.
- Allocate training cards and certificates to individuals using internal systems.
- Apply for grants where applicable.
- Regularly check the training portals for competency expiries.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering incoming calls.
**Training Administrator What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a training or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and team-focused attitude.
