What You Will Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service desk, ensuring efficiency and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of 4, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strategically plan engineers' routes to maximise efficiency while meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Act as the main point of escalation for service issues, including weekends, to ensure continuous service excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, enhancing long-term customer loyalty.
- Generate insightful reports and ensure the team meets all operational KPIs.
