Description
Accounts Assistant - Aldershot
- Daily Reconciliation of Daybooks & PDQ's and banking
- Bank payments and BACs runs
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Petty Cash analysis and posting
- Sales ledger processing and reconciliation
- Debtors Control
- Vehicle Ledger processing and debtors control
- Deal Books analysis and reconciliation including posting of bonuses and commissions
- General reconciliations to assist in the production of timely and accurate accounts.
- Forecasts
- Aged Debt analysis
- Funding analysis
- Assist with the production of the Management Accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciling Manufacturer Bonuses
- Credit Control
Profile
A successful applicant will have some experience with the above
