You will be managing a Private Family Law caseload, meeting with Clients, and have the opportunity to work towards Mediator qualification.
This firm consistently attracts Lawyers to work for them from Legal 500 recommended regionals and city based upper tier firms.
Typical matters you will work on as the new Family Solicitor include:
- Divorce and financial settlements
- Children arrangements
- Cross-jurisdiction cases
To be considered for this Family Solicitor role you must have:
- Dealt with Private Family Law matters
- 1 to 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor
