The organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the daily operational activities related to the rollout of Digital Hardware across their customer sites, Service Centers, and manufacturing locations.

Description

  • Operational Management: Oversee the deployment of digital hardware solutions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Data Collection Support: Assist in enabling data collection points to leverage insights that demonstrate value to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • On-Site Support: Provide hands-on assistance during installations, managing logistics and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute digital rollouts across diverse locations, anticipating requirements and managing project implementation effectively.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate all aspects of digital equipment management, including transportation, storage, distribution, and installation.
  • Cost Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor and track costs related to digital hardware management while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
  • SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent operations, facilitating a smooth transition to Business as Usual.
  • Compliance Oversight: Manage logistics and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to shipping, importation documentation, and customs regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide timely updates and reports to line management, proactively managing project dependencies and risks.

Profile

  • Proven experience in project management, logistics, or operational coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital hardware and technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different regions.
