We are delighted to be working with a leading law firm on an incredible entry level role where the successful candidate will be acting as liaison between new clients and departments, by delivering accurate contact information and a detailed description of the legal query when they call into the firm.
Applicants must have previous experience in a customer service role.
Previous experience in a law firm would be advantageous.
This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday (35 hours a week).
