Salary up to £25k DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with HR tasks
- Assisting with Health and Safety procedures and risk assessments
Managing Data Protection compliance
- Day to day running of Internal Management System i.e. holiday bookings, overtimes, procedure messages, job descriptions, missed deadlines, training and staff task completions
- Being proactive in managing and reviewing company tasks i.e. monthly/yearly etc...
- Assisting people of all levels
- Keeping Company Documents up to date
- General Administrative duties
- Creating policies, procedures and solutions
- Book keeping
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting & Payroll System useful
Minimum Requirements:
- Come from a heavy administrative background
- Good experience and knowledge of Excel spread sheeting
- Extensive Microsoft office experience
- General Management Skills
- Proactive
- Methodical
- Positive in nature and enjoys working with people
- Planning Skills
- Organised
- Good understanding of workflows and procedures
