Deputy Sales & Service Director
to join their fast-paced and high-performing Sales & Service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated professional to take on a pivotal role in a growing and ambitious business.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Service Director, this
hands-on leadership role
will see you contributing to the development and delivery of the national Sales & Service strategy. You will directly manage Sales Managers and National Account Managers and play a key part in maintaining and building excellent customer relationships across the UK.
- Support the Sales & Service Director with the preparation and development of sales and service strategies.
- Provide direct line management and leadership to Sales Managers and National Account Managers.
- Oversee customer account management, including Group and Independent Hotels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead business development strategy and monitor sales performance, pipelines, KPIs and reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Operations and Finance to ensure service excellence and accurate reporting.
- Draft and present proposals, contracts, and pricing in line with company strategy.
- Attend service reviews and client meetings, both on-site and at production facilities.
- Champion health & safety and ensure team compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports and represent the company in a professional and efficient manner.
