Here at Boots UK we are looking for an administrator to support our Boots Online Doctor team with different tasks to aid the smooth running of our operation.

This is a full-time vacancy based within our London offices based in vibrant Angel, Islington

About the role

To assist our support office team with current processes, process creation, and other admin responsibilities which may assist the patient support team.

The administrator will ensure the accuracy of information populated within our databases. This role is crucial for maintaining up-to-date records, supporting operational efficiency and regulations.

  • Data entry and verification following the standard operating procedure.
  • Accurately enter and update address information on our database.
  • Verify addresses using various tools and resources including selected online databases.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies in address records.
  • Ensure all verified addresses are valid and accurate.
  • Implement and follow data quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and report any unusual trends in the databases provided.

What you'll need to have

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to make clear suggestions for further investigative steps to help quickly home in on root causes of network issues and resolve the problem.

It would be great if you also have

  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferable within a customer service or operations environment.
  • Experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare or healthteach industry.
