Field Sales Representative
Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 (OTE 40k)
Location – Newport PagnellWe are working with a brand-new client who is leading the way within the industry. My client specialises in building services, including kitchens, bathrooms and home extensions. They are dedicated to staff development and progression, aiming to grow their business significantly.
About the role:
- Generate new business sales from marketing enquiries.
- Liaising with new clients and become a single point of contact from point of sale to completion.
- Negotiate contracts and materials with clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout.
What we are looking for:
- Proven sales skills, ideally within the construction industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to win new business and upsell.
- The ideal candidate will be flexible to secure new business.
- Strong communication skills in a face-to-face environment
