We are looking for a Graduate PA to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed, recently awarded one of the "Best places to work in the UK". The successful Graduate will support the Marketing Director of a thriving professional services business. This role is crucial in offering full 1-1 support and an outgoing personality, flexibility and kindness are key sought-after attributes. Hybrid working pattern is offered. Support at regular events will be needed, some of which may be prestigious or run during evenings for which time in lieu is often given.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise all communications, including diary, efficient email management, and maintaining the Sales and Marketing Director's social media accounts
  • Read and review all communications and content for the Marketing Director, highlighting areas of inaccuracy or importance
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for the Sales and Marketing Director and team, in preparation for meetings and company communications
  • Keep the Marketing Director on track with their goals and priorities
  • Support the Director in organising an events programme, from ideation to delivery, working collaboratively across the business with various stakeholders and teams
  • Manage member lists and details of supporter networks
  • Create feedback forms, surveys, and newsletters with the content and digital marketing teams to understand the success and needs of networks and keep them updated with events and news
  • Accompany the Director to external meetings and events, coordinating and planning travel
  • Manage diary scheduling and prioritisation
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of the team's responsibilities and timelines
  • Update CRM based on meetings and interactions
  • Responsible for adding new content to and deleting old content from the marketing library

Requirements:

  • Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills, ideally with experience in the workplace
  • Proficient use of the Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly engaged team player with keen emotional intelligence
  • Caring and tolerant, with a love of social interaction
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude to change, understanding this role can regularly take you out of work hours, and priorities and the schedule can shift
  • Clean and valid driving license, plus own car appropriate for work use
