The Role
This is a full-time role. Working under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCo, you will support an individual child who has an EHCP (Education, Health, Care Plan).
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted interventions that support social and emotional development.
- Support child in class to access the teaching content and engage in lessons.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner.
- Ensure child's safety and welfare is always maintained.
- Feed back to the class teacher and/or SENDCo at regular points throughout the week.

- Previous experience working in an educational setting
