We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Leader to oversee our administration and client services team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in Microsoft Excel and has experience in line management. The position is based in Saltash and offers hybrid working options along with free parking.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage and support a team, providing guidance and leadership to enhance performance.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel extensively to manage data, create reports, and analyse information to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure high levels of client service and support are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a leadership role within an administrative or client services setting.
