Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Birmingham, UK (Office-based)
Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Typing: Prepare documents from audio recordings and written copy.
- Word Formatting: Ensure consistent formatting for various documents.
- Project Setup: Utilise cloud-based filing and time management systems to set up and organize projects.
- Time Management: Update information in the Harvest time management system.
- Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Expense Management: Download expense reports and input data into Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
