Lead Consultant (Fund Accounting / Property Systems), London (Hybrid)
Negotiable and Competitive Base Salary & Package
We are currently enagaged on behalf of RealFoundations to assist with the hire of a Lead Consultant to join their UK team.
RealFoundations are actively looking to bring someone on board who has perhaps 10 years or more experience gained within the real estate sector, whether that be client side or consulting.
Preference in terms of candidate profiling and general expected capabilities:-
- Property and/or fund accounting
- Advanced analytical capabilities: Power Query; SQL, etc
- ERP (or similar) system implementation
- Process consulting: process and/or technology diagnostics; requirements gathering; RFP development and analysis.
- Operational experience in investment management; residential or commercial
- Business fluency (at least spoken and reading) in one or more European languages (descending order of priority): German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian
Minimum requirements:
- A relevant degree from a recognised university (ideally red-brick if UK)
- A high level of written English
- A good level of basic capability in main Microsoft tools Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Articulate, with a strong professional demeanour
- Willingness to work (as required, on an exceptional basis) out of normal working hours to meet urgent deadlines.
