Job Role: Highway Electrician/Service Operative
Location: Field Based
Salary: £15.00+ per hour + bonus (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a prestigious manufacturer, who are looking for a Highway Electrician/Service Operative to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Structural and electrical testing to ensure safety
- Visual inspection alongside non-destructive testing
- Attending various sites to carry out tests
- Using a variety of hand tools
- Adhering to Health & Safety at all times
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician
- Electrical Installations Level 3 Inspection & Testing
- BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition
- Electrical testing: Continuity of Conductors, Insulation Resistance, SELV and PELV, Polarity, Earth Electrode, Voltage Drop, Earth Fault Loop Impedance, Positive Fault Current and Functional Testing
- Safe Isolation, Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing Public Lighting, First Aid, Manual Handling and Working at Height
- Valid UK Driving License
Salary & Shift:
- £14.00 - £15.00 per hour + bonus
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (flexible depending on location)
