We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sustaining Engineer to lead engineering efforts across the company, focusing on maintaining high technical standards and supporting product improvement.
This role involves managing design files, overseeing patents and trademarks, and collaborating with quality and operations teams. Key responsibilities include technical support, product compliance, cost-reduction initiatives, and CAD-based design work.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, experience in sustaining engineering (preferably in consumer products), and strong proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills are essential. Experience with compliance standards is highly desirable.
