About the Role:
Think Accountancy & Finance is collaborating with a fantastic client to find a proactive and organised individual to join their warm and friendly accounts team.
A background in insurance or brokerage will be highly beneficial, but if you're keen to learn, we welcome your enthusiasm!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts and perform bank reconciliations
- Identify and investigate discrepancies
- Run and analyse reports
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and month-end finance reconciliations
- Follow and adhere to specific processes and regulations
- Review, maintain, and update process manuals and systems
- Provide guidance and support to team members
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-sufficient with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Experience with ERP NetSuite (beneficial but not essential)
- Background in insurance or brokerage (beneficial but not essential)
