About the Role:

Think Accountancy & Finance is collaborating with a fantastic client to find a proactive and organised individual to join their warm and friendly accounts team.

A background in insurance or brokerage will be highly beneficial, but if you're keen to learn, we welcome your enthusiasm!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts and perform bank reconciliations
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies
  • Run and analyse reports
  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and month-end finance reconciliations
  • Follow and adhere to specific processes and regulations
  • Review, maintain, and update process manuals and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to team members

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Experience with ERP NetSuite (beneficial but not essential)
  • Background in insurance or brokerage (beneficial but not essential)
