Junior Account Manage Fashion Head Office( to Buyers Admin Assistant)
Salary depending on experience or Entry level will be discussed in call.(If Entry level training will be provided)

This is an either an entry level role so I'm looking for a recent fashion Graduate with some fashion head office experience which could have been a placement as part of your fashion degree in either a UK supplier or retailer.
Could also be a 2nd role for a Buying Admin Assistant/Allocator or Production Coordinator with experience in fashion apparel with the UK high street.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team-based UK head office of an established fashion head office.
You will be involved in working with the Design and Sales Team in a supporting role with excellent career progression in Account Management. You will be working with UK Fashion Retailer Buys on high street fashion.
The Role
- Being the point of contact between the UK retail customers and offshore offices and factories.
- Managing the critical path for all the customer orders and ensuring these are kept to timelines.
- Liaising with retail buyers regarding any issues.
- Chasing samples and lab dips.
- Assisting Account Managers with daily administration tasks relating to Orders.
- Training, mentoring from team.
Personal Requirements
- You will be a recent graduate with a Fashion Degree.
- Have used Microsoft packages which must include Excel
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a methodical and organized fashion.
- Confident Communicator both written and verbal!
- Love fashion and want a career in a Fashion Head Office.
- You could also be a Buyers Admin Assistant or Assistant Buyer or Merchandisers Admin Assistant Production/trims coordinator or Junior Wholesale Merchandiser with 1 years' experience who is looking for your next career move!
This is an administration-based role but with amazing exposure to UK high street fashion please note you must have a fashion related degree ideally buying & merchandising based.
This role will be a fantastic opportunity for a recent Fashion Graduate who has had an internship or placement during their degree.
1st interview will be Teams. 2 nd interview in Head office
