Employee Benefits Implementation Consultant

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with a long-standing client who are seeking an experienced implementation consultant to join the flexible benefits division.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing clients from start to launch of their platform
  • Liaising with advisers on agreed benefit structures with clients
  • Identifying opportunities to add or alter benefits for clients

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience with working with employee benefits platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • 5 years experience in the employee benefits industry

This position would be fully remote, with the expectation of going to a Brighton office once per month.
