THE CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER ROLE:

Joining as a Client Success Manager, you will take the charge of a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty through effective management and growth initiatives. Your role involves not only understanding our clients' business goals and challenges, but also providing strategic advice on solutions that align with their objectives. Employing a consultative approach, identifying upselling opportunities by analysing client needs and recommending additional services that enhance their eCommerce strategy. You will be actively engaging with clients to implement a retention strategy, ensuring ongoing value, and preventing churn. Additionally, you will be utilising performance tracking to monitor account health metrics, conduct strategic reviews, and tailor advice to help clients maximise their return on investment. If you're passionate about client advocacy, strategic upselling, and maintaining long-term client relationships this might be the role for you.

CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 3+ years industry experience
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Experience in Ecommerce
