We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary School Teacher to join our team, starting in September 2024.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students. This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers to make a significant impact in a supportive and well-resourced school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assessment: Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to support their learning.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes good behaviour and respect among students.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience: Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to inspire and motivate students, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Attributes: A positive and proactive attitude, dedication to student success, and a commitment to the values and ethos of our school.
