As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer support via telephone and email, this includes setting up new customer accounts, doing welcome calls, and solving any queries or issues they bring up. Having customer facing experience is a must, along with having great interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.

The Customer Care Advisor will join an established company supplying heating systems to commercial and residential customers. The Customer Care Advisor will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking.
The current work pattern is onsite based from their Canterbury office.
