Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, treatments, and management for an acute inpatient caseload.
- Focus on admission prevention, discharge planning, and rehabilitation within a challenging environment.
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and autonomy in decision-making.
- Manage a diverse caseload effectively, balancing capacity and demand.
Requirements:
- Extensive awareness and experience in the OT process in an acute setting.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Sound clinical reasoning skills under challenging conditions.
- Proven capability to handle a varied and demanding caseload.
Additional Information:
- This role is exclusively for Senior Occupational Therapists; junior candidates will not be considered.
- Flexible working days are available; however, the core shift is 08:00 to 16:00.
