Business Development Manager - Entertainment Lighting

Location: Buckinghamshire | Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 DOE

Benefits: £6K car allowance, bonuses, paid door to door travel, sick pay, hybrid working, flexible hours

Our client is a leading distributor of entertainment lighting, AV and rigging equipment, supplying some of the most sought-after brands in the industry to the events sector. With a strong reputation for quality and service, they have established a loyal client base and are now looking to expand their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend client meetings to showcase the range of high-end entertainment lighting products
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
  • Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, exceeding their expectations and needs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events and installations
  • Attend relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and showcase the latest product ranges

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
