My client is looking for a new credit controller to join their finance team.
Your new role
- Manage the end-to-end cash collection process.
- Chase overdue payments in line with company policy.
- Escalate advanced debt as per company guidelines.
- Ensure timely payments and minimise outstanding balances.
- Resolution of ledger queries and related phone calls.
- Complete credit checks.
- Produce and check monthly statements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous credit control experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excel skills
- MS Dynamics Business Central experience
