This role offers flexible hybrid working with core hours of 10am - 3pm and an opportunity to work from home 3 days each week. With 3 team members reporting into the successful candidate, this role will offer opportunities for professional development and progression.

Description

  • Lead and manage the credit control team
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding debts
  • Establish and implement credit control policies and procedures
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
  • Work closely with other finance team members to improve processes
  • Provide training and guidance to team members
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the Accounting & Finance Department

Profile

  • A strong academic background in finance or accounting
  • Proven leadership skills in a credit control environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
  • Experience with accounting software and MS Office
