Description
- Lead and manage the credit control team
- Oversee the collection of outstanding debts
- Establish and implement credit control policies and procedures
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
- Work closely with other finance team members to improve processes
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Contribute to the overall goals of the Accounting & Finance Department
Profile
- A strong academic background in finance or accounting
- Proven leadership skills in a credit control environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
- Experience with accounting software and MS Office
