Lettings Property Manager - Manchester City Centre - up to £32k package
This is fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brands who have been established for 30 years and have multiple branches in the Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas. They are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre.
Main Duties for the Property Manager Role:
- Managing a portfolio of around 200 properties in the City Centre and surrounding areas
- Management of all aspects of maintenance- including planned maintenance (eg gas safety certs/ EICR)
- Coordinating contractors to ensure swift works turnarounds to ensure tenants' expectations are met, reviewing quotes to ensure clients are getting best services and protecting asset - including building insurance claims.
- Chasing & management of invoices from contractors, posting expenses via ALTO CRM
- Maintaining property records accurately via CRM system
- Direct point of contact for your portfolio of properties for both landlords and tenants, providing good customer service at all times.
- Handling Inspections, meter readings, check outs and deposit returns
- Handling tenant complaints
- Liaising with property inspectors to ensure maintenance works are instructed and issues resolved.
Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK Licence and Car
Working Hours:
- Mon- Thurs 9am -5.30pm
- Friday 8.45am-5pm
- Saturday Rota 1 in 4, working 10am-4pm- (Paid Extra at £13.50ph)
