We are working with a growing wealth management firm based in Shrewsbury to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their Client Services team.

Client Details

A successful financial planning firm that has been servicing clients in Shropshire and beyond for almost 30 years, has built a strong reputation for excellent financial advice with a top class service. You will play a key role in the client services team in ensuring this level of service is maintained.

Having recently been acquired, they are going through an exciting period of growth and are now recruiting for a candidate who is either experienced working in an administrator role looking to break into financial services or a graduate looking to start their career.

Description

As Financial Services Administrator, you will provide support to the advisers in the day to day running of the business to include compliance with regulatory requirements and client servicing. Day to day, your responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting financial advisers with administration and operating/maintaining effective systems, processes and procedures to allow advisers to optimise client meetings
  • Supporting with tracking of compliance, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Key liaison with the practice, clients and third parties
  • Ensuring that end to end business process is adhered to
  • Ensuring all relevant information for client reports is available and accurate
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating when necessary
  • Developing client relationships and assisting them with queries

Profile

In order to be considered for this exciting Financial Services Administrator role, you will ideally have:

  • Good customer service skills and able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Administration experience ideally within financial services, although graduates with a relevant degree wanting to break into FS will also be considered
