Are you a confident and creative Marketing and Fundraising Executive?

A brand newly formed role as Marketing and Fundraising Executive, to join an established and growing Marketing team where you will be engaged in a variety of exciting Marketing and Fundraising projects, attending several events a month to raise awareness, and digital and social media initiatives. A hands-on Generalist Marketeer offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and creative environment.

The role:

  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional collateral.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Manage the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of donors and fundraising activities using the charity's CRM system.
  • Attend industry events to represent the organisation and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential supporters.
  • Manage and update the charity's website and social media channels to ensure content is current and engaging.
  • Budget tracking and ensure that marketing and fundraising activities are cost-effective.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

About you:

  • 3 years+ Generalist Marketing exp.
  • Solid experience of marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Premier Pro).
  • Passionate about all things marketing and deep knowledge of what works on Socials.
  • Articulate with great communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • A team player with an interest / passion to work within a Charity / Hospitality / Events
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Interested in attending training
  • Confident, sociable, and credible, with the ability to network
