Role Overview:

As a Mandarin Teacher, you will inspire and educate students, helping them appreciate the richness of Mandarin culture and language. You will create engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive classes, and assess student progress, all while contributing to a supportive and thriving learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Mandarin lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language curriculum.
Engage with parents and the community to promote language learning.

Requirements:

A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
A strong command of the Mandarin language.
Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is ideal.
A passion for language education and cultural exchange.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location - Leeds, West Yorkshire
Duration - Long-term, full time position
Working hours - 08:15am - 3:30pm
Pay - est. GBP160-GBP248 per day
