Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist/Barber to join a barbershop in providing professional hair care services to the clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, possess excellent communication skills, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Recommend hair care products to maintain and improve hair health
- Keep workstations clean and sanitised for client safety
- Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent service
Requirements:
- Proficient in barbering techniques and hair styling
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience
- Fluent in English for clear communication with clients and colleagues
- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or hairstyling
