Practice Manager

One of our highly successful financial advice businesses based in the heart of Canary Wharf are looking for an experienced, hungry and well organised Practice Manager to join their business.

This business is growing and so requires a Practice Manager to help oversee and streamline key activities in the business, including the efficiency of the business, supporting newly recruited Financial advisers who join the team, overseeing the companies marketing strategy and acting as first point of contact for all area sales managers

This is a flexible office-based role which would require you to be present in their shared office space in Canary Wharf, 3 to 4 days per week to work alongside the business owners and advisers,

  • A salary of up to £40,000

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding of new advisers - this will include vetting and liaising with the network to ensure a smooth process
  • Support and help complete any necessary administration duties that comes with onboarding new advisers including the management and coordination of CPD and regulatory testing for all new and existing advisers
  • Take the lead on the development and implementation of new processes for operational efficiency
  • Use the networks MS CRM platform to plan and prepare marketing initiatives - This will include social media
  • Collate and prepare weekly and monthly MI for use by the Practice Principals to ensure maximum productivity
  • Lead and coordinate on projects and new business initiatives

Key attributes and Experience

  • Management experience within the financial advice industry
  • Management experience within a regulated environment
  • Experience in overseeing individuals in development, mentorship and coaching
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and via telephone
  • Strong MI reporting skills and Data analytics experience
  • Strong IT skills, highly literate in Excel is a must
