Receptionist - TEMPORARY

Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services who is looking for a highly professional temporary Receptionist to cover their Front of House for a week and half period starting the first week of September.

Hours and pay range:

  • £12 per hour
  • Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30
  • Edinburgh office

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Managing enquiries over the phone, email and in person while manning the front desk and providing a first-class guest experience
  • Answering and following up guest enquiries, sending out and following up booking forms, ensuring payments are processed in advance of visit and securing post-visit feedback
  • Utilising integrated IT systems to help manage data, enquiries and bookings efficiently and accurately, optimising repeat bookings and acquiring new corporate guests
  • To work with the Operations Team to oversee medium to large corporate group visits, as required and to ensure the smooth running of the visit and optimum guest experience

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous Front of House or Hospitality experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and take initiative
  • Approachable, friendly personality
