Opus are working with a key client who are looking to bring on a QA to bolster their team.
You will lead quality assurance for the marketing team's customer communications across UK, Australia & New Zealand. Which will ensure compliance, consistency, and high standards in their marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and test customer communications across multiple channels
- Collaborate with Onsite and CRM teams
- Evaluate and evolve QA standards
- Provide performance reporting and improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- Extensive QA experience in marketing communications
- Knowledge of data protection and marketing regulations
- Various Automation tools to provide streamlining
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong communication skills
