Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Swadlincote
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

The Role
- Producing high value tenders encompassing all Architectural Metalwork items.
- Must have extensive knowledge in the design and build side of the business and be able to successfully offer advice in value engineering to secure works.
- Ensuring tenders are submitted professionally and accurately reflect the current market conditions - You must be aware of fluctuations in supply and demand in the Sector.

The Candidate
- A minimum of 5 years in architectural metalwork.
- minimum of 4 years estimating experience.
