Payroll Specialist *Permanent* up to £40k + bonus

Your new role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing full multi-payroll cycles from start-to-finish
- Ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with the payroll system
- Supporting the Finance team during audits by providing relevant payroll information
- Coordinating with the Finance department on reconciliations and reporting
- Accurate processing of payroll, salary calculations, statutory payments, tax, pensions and other deductions
- Assisting with year-end payroll processes including P60s, P11Ds and tax end reports
- Liaising with external providers for benefits and pension administration as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll processing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with ADP iHCM and advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Experience with pension and benefits administration is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar position within a fast-paced and commercial environment
