Office Administrator Wanted In DEESIDE!

Logistics People are looking for Office Administrator to join our team.

Location: Deeside Unit 2, Great Bear

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 Shifts Available

Pay rate: £12.00 P/hr

Position: Office Administrator

As a Office Administrator for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

  • Resolve various supplier service queries and requests
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting
  • Order chasing and delivery issue resolution
  • Daily Payroll Audit checks
  • Resolve enquiries in timely manner
  • Consumable Order Planning and Communications
  • Dealing with supplier quotes
  • Multiple data base daily update
  • Assist recruitment team by updating multiple data basis
  • Daily liaison with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Shift administrators, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues)
  • Proactively look for conscientious improvements
  • Deal with day-to-day operational issues
  • Exceeding agreed KPIs
  • Other duties as reasonably require
  • Attention to detail/ accuracyProficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Adaptable approach to work/ training/ working hours
  • Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
  • Able to work on own or as part of a team
  • Proactive decision maker
