Technical Sales Engineer
Sheffield
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm
Salary: £23k - £35k+ (DOE, negotiable)
About the Role:
Adept are working with one of the largest and most diverse specialist profile cutting companies in the UK. We're on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to grow and manage client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. You'll be the key contact from sales to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales calls and email inquiries
- Solve customer queries and issues
- Prepare quotes and manage orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Actively seek new business opportunities
About You:
- Strong Maths and English skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CAD experience and ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of metal specs and cutting methods (preferred)
- Great communicator, team player, and self-starter
