Equipment Operations Coordinator

Location: Uxbridge - Hybrid
International Travel: Essential

The Advocate Group are partnered with a leading Drinks business on a huge growth trajectory that's showing no signs of slowing down. Joining a fast paced Marketing & Trade Operations team as a Cold Equipment Operations Coordinator. This hands-on role involves managing cooler operations across EMEA, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of cooler orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for cooler-related queries from key stakeholders.
  • Manage and track EMEA cooler order submissions and inventory.
  • Maintain relationships and manage communications with external cooler suppliers.
  • Facilitate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual White Glove Service reports.
  • Prepare monthly cooler placement reports for senior management.
  • Conduct annual cooler audits and support cooler order approvals.
  • Handle day-to-day liaison with White Glove Service and cooler manufacturers.
  • Project manage new cooler models.
  • Manage POS and artwork, assist in procurement, and support ad-hoc projects.
  • Work with third-party handlers for logistics and customs queries.
  • Oversee project approval processes from start to finish.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent people and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel (intermediate), and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in project management; Power BI and logistics customs knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility with a proactive attitude.
