Job Title: Serviced Accommodation Property Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Mon-9am-5am, and Tue, Weds, Thurs, Friday 9:30am-5:30am
Weekend Hours: Every third Saturday 10-2pm (working from home)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Portfolio: Oversee a diverse portfolio of 45 service accommodations, gradually expanding
- Managing guests
- Compliance management
- Stock Management for cleaners
- Communication with platforms (Air BnB Booking.com)
- Managing a team of 3 cleaners on a day to day
- Management of landlords and communicating where needed
- inspections of the propertyeis to keep them maintained.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in property management or residential lettings or service accommodation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving license.
